I’m so glad that Ed Piskor’s brilliant X-Men: Grand Design inspired Marvel to initiate a new Treasury Edition line. That means we get the awe-inspiring Silver Surfer: Black art of Tradd Moore in the same format. The art alone would make that the best limited series of 2019, if not for House Of X/Powers Of X. And hey, look what else is out this week: the hardcover collecting just those two interwoven masterpieces!
Oh, and let’s not forget that Byrne’s Fantastic Four makes its way into the Masterworks line this week!
Meanwhile at DC, we get what is by my count the fifth different format for Y The Last Man, and probably about that for Green Lantern: Rebirth!
